These terms apply when users use the ElevateX online platform and services to browse, list, buy, sell, or rent properties and make online transactions. Once you access the platform or authorize payment, it is deemed that you accept these terms in full. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services.

02 Conditions

ElevateX Realty reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. You are advised to review these terms periodically.

03 What Personal Data We Collect & Why

• ElevateX enables online listings, inquiries, property visits, and transaction services via its web application.
• Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Paytm, BillDesk).
• ElevateX only receives necessary verification details from the payment provider (transaction ID, customer name, timestamp, amount). Full card and banking credentials are encrypted and handled solely by the payment gateway.

04 Media Uploads

• Users and property owners must ensure that all photos, floor plans, and documents uploaded are authentic and non-infringing.
• Retaining receipts and confirmation identifiers for every property enquiry or booking is recommended.

05 Contact Forms

• Payments for premium listings, site visits, or token amounts are typically confirmed instantly or posted within 2 working days.
• ElevateX is not liable for transaction failures caused by external banking network downtime or incorrect payment details provided by the user.

06 Cookies

• ElevateX does not charge hidden platform processing fees, but statutory payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (GST) may apply.
• For failed transactions, any processing charges or reversal fees levied by the bank will follow standard regulatory banking timelines.

07 Embedded Content from Other Websites

• Application and verification fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Token amounts for property bookings serve as provisional reservations and do not constitute complete transfer of title until all legal agreements and deed registrations are executed.
• Refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to customer support via registered email. Verbal or unrecorded requests cannot be processed.
• ElevateX reserves the right to modify its refund and cancellation policies in accordance with Indian real estate regulatory guidelines.

08 How Long We Retain Your Data

• User account data and transaction logs are retained securely as required by financial regulations and legal compliance standards in India.

09 What Rights You Have Over Your Data

• You have the right to request access to, review, or request deletion of your personal account information subject to statutory transaction record retention rules.

10 Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes or legal proceedings arising under these terms are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in District Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
